Essentially I'm a corporate professional with passion in Education. I have experience in living and working across continents and cultures. My professional working experience in General Electric, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and Sinar Mas has allowed me in meeting and working with many best talent world-wide. I graduated from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, Bachelor of Economics and completed MBA at the University of Western Australia. Afterward, I received post graduate diploma – scholarship award in Japan America Institute of Management Science, Hawai’i where I deepened my knowledge of the East & West management perspective. My passion in developing people and drive progress effectively has helped many professionals and students achieving their potential and successful career. I am serving as AIESEC Universitas Indonesia’s Board of Advisory. I am also a public speaker in ASEAN, facilitator and thought leader in the area of leadership & career. My articles have been released in several businesses and HR magazines.
