Darrell Allen is a PhD pre-candidate in the the foundations and policy concentration of Educational Studies. Darrell is holds philosophical frameworks in postmodernism, feminism, and queer theory and is working to settle on a topic to research and develop. Darrell grew up in the greater Los Angeles, CA area, and has bachelors of arts and a masters of arts. Darrell is passionate about issues surrounding educational frameworks, equality, equity, and the rights of all persons. Darrell believes that education has an important role to play in society and hopes that this blog will serve as a forum for conversation.
