My name is Naomi Wilson and I am a first year doctoral student in the Education Foundations and Policy program at the University of Michigan. I am originally from San Diego, CA and went to UC Berkeley for my B.A. in African American Studies and to NYU for my M.A. in Educational Leadership, Politics, and Advocacy. My research interests are in culturally relevant curriculum and ways education policy can be informed by revolutionary thought and critical race theory.
